Exercise by Training.  Join certified personal trainer, Joe Hannon, for a true workout.  This class meets each morning on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9:30 am-10:30 am. Classes vary from day to day to keep things interesting. Balls, stretch bands, and hand weights are provided by the Hub.

Step and Stretch.  Slower paced for the beginner, participants exercise to a taped program. Meets Mon/Wed/Fri from 9:00 am- 9:30 am. No instructor.

Line Dancing.  Advanced classes are 10:30 am- to noon Tuesdays. Intermediate classes are Thursday 9:15 am- 10:15 am and beginners 5 pm to 6 pm. Advanced instructor Espi Holford. Intermediate instructor Diane Mayer. Beginners instructor  Regina Rosenwinkle.

Pilates. Strengthens muscles with a blend of body and mind. Meets Mon/Wed/Fri from 8 am - 9 am.

Tai Chi. For stress reduction and to improve balance and agility.  class meets Tuesdays from 3 pm- 4 pm, beginners 4 pm- 5 pm. Instructors are Marty Taylor and Carolyn DeBus.

Matter of Balance Classes.  Starting again in the Fall.  This is a 6 week program that meets once per week.  Two certified instructors will assist you with regaining your balance and strengthening your core.  Learn techniques on preventing falls and the fear of falling.  For more information or to register for this class call Denise at 997-7131.
